Beyond the Kitchen

Life skills cooking program weekly every Friday

Beyond the Kitchen (BTK) is a culturally tailored, community-driven initiative that empowers migrant and refugee women, especially survivors of family and domestic violence and women living with disabilities, through practical hospitality training, income-generating opportunities, and pathways to small business development. Delivered by the Multicultural Services Centre of WA (MSCWA) at Our Place Café in Morley, BTK creates a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed space where women build skills, confidence, and independence.
